Manjushree English School is run as a private, co-educational institution under the Manjushree Vidya Samsthe — founded in 1994-95 by the late Sri P. M. Ranganathappa.

Sri P. M. Ranganathappa established Manjushree Vidya Samsthe in 1994-95 with the aim of bringing quality English medium education within reach of every family in Sira.
A former Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Sira constituency, he devoted his life to public service and the educational upliftment of his hometown. The school he founded continues to serve the children of Keshav Nagar and beyond in his memory.

Sri P R Manjunath serves as the President of Manjushree Education Trust, providing leadership and direction to the school established by the late Sri P. M. Ranganathappa in 1994-95.
Under his presidency, the Trust continues its mission of offering quality English medium education to the children of Sira — nurturing the next generation with the same care and commitment on which the institution was founded.

Dr. Umesh leads the day-to-day administration of the Manjushree Education Trust and its school. He works closely with the principal, teachers and parent community to keep the founder's vision alive — quality English medium education, delivered with care, for every family in Sira.
Under his stewardship, the school continues to grow in strength while staying rooted in the values it was built on in 1994-95.

S N Divyashree serves as the Treasurer of Manjushree Education Trust, overseeing the financial stewardship of the trust and ensuring resources are used effectively for the children the school serves.
